This section of the PEP Exam Syllabu covers the foundational tools a pharmacist needs to interact with a patient. You must know how to establish a professional relationship, conduct patient interviews to gather data, and perform basic physical assessment techniques . It also includes interpreting laboratory values and using them to identify Drug Therapy Problems (DTPs). You are expected to create care plans, intervene when necessary, and document your activities.
