This section focuses on the enforcement of standards. Interns must understand how pharmacy premises are licensed and the Disciplinary Procedures (including sanctions) for pharmacists who err. It also specifies the distinct roles and responsibilities of the Superintendent Pharmacist (who bears legal responsibility for a premise) and the limitations of Pharmacy Technicians.
