    • Concepts of Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • Equipment, Operational & Process Qualification.

    • Validation & Calibration.

  • Documentation & Business:

    • Documentation & Record Keeping.

    • Yield Reconciliation.

    • Pharmaceutical Marketing.
